Instruction easily explained in 5 steps.

 1) Clean the glass thoroughly.

 2) Spray the liquid mixture on the film and the glass.

 3) Place the solar film against the glass and adjust it in the right place.

 4) Squeeze the liquid away with a mounting scraper.

 5) Let the window tint dry for 24-48 hours before cleaning. Done!

 Assembly instructions:

1) Make sure the car is clean on the in and out side for best results.

2) First place the solar film on the outside of the glass to see the fit and that it is correct.

3) If there is something that needs to be adjusted, you light with a lamp from inside the car and cut what is needed carefully on the outside of the solar film against the glass.

4) Clean the glass and the surrounding panels outside the glass.

5) Rinse the solar film with the liquid, then dust particles will run off the solar film and the result will be better.

6) Spray the mounting fluid on the glass and solar film.

7) Carefully place the film against the glass (inside of course) without accessing the film against the panels or anything else.

8) Once the film is in place, spray the mounting fluid on the outside of the solar film over and over again and pull with the mounting scraper with overlapping strokes. Never pull on the solar film if the solar film is dry. Do not pull too hard either.

9) Check that the film is in the correct place and that there are no liquids or bubbles.

10) If you are not satisfied with the end result, you can remove the film whenever you want and rinse it off and reassemble it.

11) After mounting, the film can be experienced as an extra blurred view from inside the car. Give the drying time to clear it.

Mounting fluid:
5-6 drops of odorless liquid detergent (eg lemon) per liter of water.
Distilled water is always best when you know that there will be no spots due to bad tap water.

Poor tap water can give white dots if there is a high content of lime in the water etc. Never use hot water from the tap as the quality is often worse than cold water from the tap.
Never pull with the scraper on the solar film without having sprayed liquid on the solar film, spray draw, spray draw with overlapping draws.

Cleaning fluid:

Step 1. rub with industrial spirit on the glass.

Step 2. Spray mounting fluid on the glass and pull away with a mounting scraper or window scraper.

NEVER use T-red or similar as it leaves a film on the glass which is more difficult for the adhesion of the solar film. Bubbles in the solar film: The problem can occur if you have used too little liquid during installation. White dots can be due to lime, dirt, dust or too much detergent in the mounting fluid. If the car has been in repair after e.g. a collision, there are sometimes dots on the inside of the glass that you can not get rid of, the dots are gone when you weld and use an angle grinder. When mounting on these glasses, there will be air bubbles when the film dries. Pull your hands on the glass inside and you will feel the bumps.

Handling the solar film:
NEVER handle, assemble, disassemble or place the solar film in direct sunlight!
Recommended temperature around + 20C, not colder than + 5C and not warmer than + 25C. Leave the car in the garage or shaded area after installation 24-48h.
Do not drive the car directly in sun and higher heat immediately after installation.
A sedan or coupe with a large sloping rear window can be good to use mounting fluid without detergent for even better adhesion.

Mounting on doors:
The solar film is always cut so that there are no light gaps in the car and so that you can lift the windows up and down. Therefore, the sun film is sized so that it goes a few mm below the strips and 2-4 cm below the strip at the bottom so that you can hoist the windows. It can be a bit tricky to get the film at the bottom under the rubber strip depending on which car model you are mounting on. When mounting the solar film on the doors, it is recommended that you mount it a few mm below the edge, not exactly along the upper edge of the glass. This is because the film can come loose at the top when you lift the glass and it reaches the strip that pushes the film down.
Below is mounting on doors in 3 different ways:

1) When mounting the film, lift the box down a few cm. With the mounting fluid on the film and the glass, you can make the film slide down under the strip bit by bit, while holding out the strip a bit with the scraper.

2) Remove the door strip at the bottom. You may then need to loosen the door side to loosen the strip. How to disassemble the door side and the strip is a little different depending on the car model and on YouTube.com there are many videos on how to do it on your particular model. But often it is the same principle in how the door sides are attached, cut around the outer edge of the door side, 1-4 screws behind the handle (behind a cover plug) and / or behind the decorative strip at the handle.

3) Some models can be made as if you lift the glass as far as possible, then grab the upper part of the panel and pull backwards-upwards. Then the panel can drop from the rubber strip at the bottom.
The rubber strip is usually clamped to the door's sheet metal body and must be pulled upwards in one way or another.
On doors that do not have a frame around them, it is usually super simple and nothing needs to be dismantled. You let the film with the liquid slide down under the strip.

Mounting on rear windows:
The solar film is cut so that it goes a bit past the transparent part of the glass and a bit past where the glass becomes completely black.

"Dot matrix" - Black dots on the outer edge of the glass:
"Dot matrix" is the area of ??the glass on the rear windows and the windshield where there are black dots or lines on the inside of the glass.
"Dot matrix" is a detail / area where all solar films can have difficulty attaching completely to the glass and between all dots. How good it will be there usually does not depend on which solar film you mount.
"Dot matrix" has different thickness, density, height and it differs between car models. On car models that have double laminated glass, the dot matrix sits between the glass and during assembly, the result will be completely flawless.
You can make sure that there is a slightly better result on the "dot matrix". Cleaning properly with industrial spirits and a coarse sponge is a good start. To make it even better, we recommend our new unique product TintGel™.
NEW: TintGel ™ Dot Matrix fix, is our new product that helps to get it much nicer and better around the Dot Matrix area and also better strength and avoid edge release of the sun film. On all windows except door windows that are lifted, TintGel must be used at the outer edges for a guarantee of strength to apply. TintGel™ included in a package with pre-cut solar film for 3 rear windows or more.

TintGel™
TintGel™ is a liquid that is applied to the Dot Matrix area before mounting the solar film. Apply, let dry for about 5 minutes and mount the film as usual on top of the product. When you apply the mounting fluid between the glass and the film, TintGel™ will activate and form a strong and transparent surface. Relieve the pressure with the mounting scraper when you reach the Dot Matrix area. When the liquid and TintGel™ have dried between the sun film and the glass, the area is completely transparent. If you want to remove the removable solar film after using TintGel™, you must do this in temperature gring + 20C and carefully loosen the solar film. TintGel™ is water soluble and can be washed off with lukewarm water and cloth.

Drying time:
Immediately after installation, there is liquid left between the solar film and the glass and it takes 1-3 weeks before it dries completely, depending on the season and weather. Wait to use the window lifts during the drying time, otherwise the film may come loose.
If it is hot outside, you can mount in the evening and leave the car in the garage overnight so the sun film settles best, if possible even with open doors.

If it is too high heat during assembly and immediately after drying, the liquid that remains between the glass and the solar film can evaporate, which leads to air / water bubbles during the film. In the worst case, it can then come loose. If it comes loose and remains in direct sunlight, it can contract and become difficult to reassemble.

Fit and adjustment:
Our solar film is delivered pre-cut to your glasses, but sometimes you may still need to adjust a little dependent pop model and what extra equipment you have from the factory. One can e.g. need to cut for alarm sensor, GPS sensor, rearview mirror, rain sensor or if the glass has ever been replaced / replaced. The reason why it is sometimes not cut out after these things is because it does not always look the same on all models. For example. two different Volvo V70 2005 can look completely different with what you have for sensors on the side windows in the station wagon.
If there is something that needs to be adjusted, you light with a lamp from inside the car and cut what is needed carefully on the outside of the solar film against the glass.

Well done!
Now you have read the entire instructions and are worth a cup of coffee / tea and think through what you read and start with the assembly in peace and quiet :)
